            <title><![CDATA[Two new reports added]]></title>

               <description><![CDATA[Two new reports have been uploaded:

1) 'Dummy Run' - A report on the effectiveness of Theatre in Education for Year 7's in Derbyshire thanks to Karen Dobson of Derbyshire County Council. The evaluation used a post-then-pre design to look at attitude changes immediately after the intervention.

2) An evaluation of the Scottish Occupational Road Safety Alliance's 'Driving risks @ Work' seminars. Thanks to Kathleen Braidwood of RoSPA Scotland, and Kevin Clinton (RoSPA). The evaluation also used a post-then-pre design to evaluate knowledge, skills and understanding.]]></description>

               <description><![CDATA[A new evaluation report has just been published on the website. Thanks to June Howlett of Buckinghamshire C.C. and Julie Jones from Oxford C.C. The report looks at the immediate results of a Theatre in Education presentation to Year 11 students, on drink and drug driving. The appendices of the report contain the evaluation questionnaire used, plus the raw data.

            <title><![CDATA[Yorkshire and Humber's 'Someone's Son' Report Published]]></title>

               <description><![CDATA[A formative process evaluation of Phase One of a Yorkshire and Humber partnership funded intervention.  The report is clearly written with honest ‘Learning Points’ highlighted throughout.  The report discusses successful partnership working; targeted use of print, broadcast, and social media; and up-take of free high-visibility vests for motorcyclists. 
As a purely process evaluation focusing on the intervention’s delivery and implementation objectives, no outcome data is included in this Phase One report.

An additional guide on designing and evaluating road safety communication campaigns, published by CAST (Campaigns and Awareness-raising in Traffic Safety) has also been added. This guidance is supported by the European Commission.
