The Working Group would like to extend their warm thanks and appreciation to the many people who contributed to the development of the project, including the individuals and local authorities who participated in the DfT Road Safety Health Checks, those who took part in the initial seminars in Leeds and London, and everyone who gave feedback on the various pilot versions of the evaluation questionnaire.
In particular, we are very grateful to the individuals, and their organisations, who have volunteered to be Evaluation Champions and to Dr Nicola Christie, Surrey University and Professor Steve Stradling, Napier University, who were kind enough to act as Development Reviewers.
